Cathy is hard to reach and will tell you a high price to get you to list a house with her. Our house sold for over $140k less than her suggested list, and she even failed to deliver a signed contract, which caused a deal to fall through. She was charged by the state board of realtors with an ethics violation as a result. Avoid Cathy at all costs!
