Cathy began her Real Estate career in 1974 after graduating from Purdue University in home planning and working in the building industry. After raising her three children, she returned to Coldwell Banker Sycamore Realty in 1989. Putting heavy emphasis on further education led Cathy to break several top-producing records. In 1998, she established her own Real Estate Agency—Cathy Russell Team Real Estate. Mother of three and grandmother now, she continues to emphasize learning, doing your best and helping people get what they want out of life, all the while having FUN!

Jasmine handles every aspect of the transaction from contract to the time it closes. Her background in Customer Service benefits every client throughout the closing process. Her job is to make the move for both buyer and seller a positive experience. Once an offer is accepted Jasmine kicks into high gear. She communicates with Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Inspectors, and other agents to ensure that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible. You can trust Jasmine to handle every detail up-to and throughout your closing transaction. She also handles the bookkeeping for the Team. Outside of the office Jasmine volunteers for LARA… Lafayette Adult Resource Academy. Mother of two, Jasmine keeps busy both in the office and at home!

Brooke is the person to look to with questions about the listing process.  She handles everything from the time a seller calls to list their home, until they go to work with Jasmine on their closing transaction.  Brooke schedules showings, gives weekly feedback reports to sellers and keeps our clients informed on every step needed to get their homes sold. She assures that your home will get the best possible exposure to new buyers, as she is constantly implementing new ideas and strategies to better enhance the sale of Cathy listings.  She assures that your home will receive the best exposure to new buyers. When Brooke is not working on marketing your home, she is actively involved serving as an adviser for Delta Gamma.

Linda has been in real estate since 1999 after working for 12 years in Internal Audit at Purdue University. She has her broker’s license and has achieved her GRI designation. She is energetic and loves to work with Buyers to find that dream house… or that empty nest home after the children are gone. She is the grandmother of four-- soon to be six! Linda’s hobbies are reading novels and knitting. She is an honorary retired member of Psi Iota Xi. Linda and her husband love to travel to Canada for snowmobiling in the winter.

Courtney Harris is a Lafayette native who has rejoined the Cathy Russell Team in pursuit of fulfilling his goals. He is very much a people person who is good at listening and helping his customers find exactly what they are looking for. As a Buyers agent for the Cathy Russell Team he enjoys the relationships that are formed through out the buying process. Georgia Jones joined the Cathy Russell Team to take her interest in homes, landscaping and remodeling to the next level. “Real estate ownership is a joy and a concern, a privilege and a responsibility all at once. My goal is to be the best resource for someone who is looking to invest in their future in this way.” With a background in management and auction marketing, Jones has experience working with individuals as well as groups in decision-making processes. “Evaluating alternatives for home ownership can be a matter of the heart and we must also pay attention to the numbers and the paperwork. I am prepared to find options for home buyers to consider.” Jones has been a resident of Tippecanoe County since 1974. A Purdue graduate, she was employed at the university for 18 years before starting her own small business. She enjoys casual gardening, do-it-yourself projects and great recipes. Service to her church is an important part of her personal life, as is family time with her daughters Jennifer and Katie, who attend Harrison High School.

Debbie joined the Cathy Russell Team after a 26 year career as a certified surgical technologist, where she took time out to stay at home with her children. Debbie handles all aspects of the Cathy Russell Team Repo Department, from BPO’s to weekly status reports. She takes time to help buyers and gives the utmost care and consideration to their needs. Debbie is also the eyes and ears for our banks and asset management companies. She has lived in the Lafayette community her whole life and has four children. In her spare time she takes care of horses and spends a lot of time with her 15 year old son who is still at home.

Mandy has been an agent for over five years for the Cathy Russell Team.  With high energy and an uncompromising passion for her work, She has quickly made her presence known in the Greater Lafayette area real estate industry.  Mandy has reached all of her yearly goals—ahead of schedule. She manages to juggle several clients and families, and still makes each person she is helping feel like they are her only client!  When she's not working on showing homes, Mandy enjoys spending time with her son and designing jewelry.

Christian’s experience in property management and maintenance, coupled with over 20 years as a resident of the Lafayette area, gives him a unique insight and knowledge of the real estate market. Rachel joined the Cathy Russell Team in 2003. She has a win/win outlook and works hard to get the job done. Her experience in property management has given her the edge to know the market and find the needs of her clients. Her dynamic personality leads her to “have fun and keep it simple” –her motto. Rachel is from Chicago and has traveled to more than 12 countries. She has a bachelor’s degree in Ministry. Rachel enjoys rollerblading, reading and fellowship with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her husband. Rachel is an active member of her church, Whitehorse Christian Center, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters!
