Cathy began her Real Estate career in 1974 after graduating from Purdue University in home planning and working in the building industry. After raising her three children, she returned to Coldwell Banker Sycamore Realty in 1989. Putting heavy emphasis on further education led Cathy to break several top-producing records. In 1998, she established her own Real Estate Agency—Cathy Russell Team Real Estate. Since joining the Team in 2002, Jasmine has been Cathy's 'right hand man,' working behind the scenes to 'get the job done and get it done right.' Jasmine is trained in every department in the office from managing rentals, to bookkeeping, to working on closings. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer and Office Manager, while also assisting Cathy with closings as a Licensed Assistant. Jasmine graduated from Purdue University in 2001 and went on to become a Realtor and Notary Public at the Cathy Russell Team. In September 2008, she became a Certified Short Sale Professional. She enjoys challenges, learning new things, and keeping the office organized and running effectively. Jack-of-all-trades, Jasmine is ever ready to take on something new within the company, yet she believes her most important job title in life is that of 'Mom.' In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family.

Grace has over seven years of professional experience which is perfectly suited for her position here at Cathy Russell Team Real Estate. Her background on the mortgage and title side of real estate transactions gives her a clear picture of the entire transaction process. Along with Jasmine, she'll do whatever is necessary to help make the close of a sale a smooth and painless process for both buyer and seller. Grace is the liason between buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and the agents; getting all of the necessary paperwork processed in a timely manner. She is a native of Naples, Florida and in her free time, you can find Grace "shooting" pool with the best!
Georgia decided to take her interest in homes, landscaping and remodeling to the next level and join the Cathy Russell Team. "Real estate ownership is a joy and a concern, a privilege and a responsibility all at once. My goal is to be the best resource for someone who is looking to invest in their future this way." With a background in management and auction marketing, Georgia has experience working with individuals as well as groups in decision-making processes. She has been a resident of Tippecanoe county since 1975. A Purdue graduate, she was employed at the university for 18 years before starting her own small business. Georgia enjoys casual gardening, do-it-yourself projects and great recipes. Service to her church is an important part of her personal life, as is family time with her daughters, Jennifer and Katie.
Mandy has been an agent for over five years for the Cathy Russell Team. With high energy and an uncompromising passion for her work, She has quickly made her presence known in the Greater Lafayette area real estate industry. Mandy has reached all of her yearly goals—ahead of schedule. She manages to juggle several clients and families, and still makes each person she is helping feel like they are her only client! When she's not working on showing homes, Mandy enjoys spending time with her son and designing jewelry.
Amanda is the kind of agent who knows how to help her buyers what they want and waste no time doing it! When she's not multi-tasking for her clients, you can find Amanda and her fiance enjoy spending time with friends and family and their dog Buddy. She is currently completing her coursework towards an OLS degree at Purdue.
Debbie joined the Cathy Russell Team after a 26-year career as a certified surgical technologist, where she took time out to stay at home with her children. Debbie handles all aspects of the Cathy Russell Team Repo Department. She takes time to help buyers and gives the utmost care and consideration to their needs. Debbie is also the eyes and ears for our banks and asset management companies. She has lived in the Lafayette community her whole life and has four children. Victoria is the newest addition to the Cathy Russell Team as of September 2008, She is the mother of three and grandmother of six. Victoria has her degree in Languages and Early Childhood Development and went on to further her education to include Business, Management, and Supervision. "I believe every home should have an owner happy to live there, and every person needs a home that meets their individual needs and lifestyles." That being said, she makes it important to her to help others locate such a home. In her spare time, she enjoys previewing homes, crafting, cooking, and watching old movies.
Christian’s #1 rule is: “Do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, whether I feel like it or not.” He is here to make your home buying process as quick and easy as possible. Christian has worked as a top-producing salesman and a sales coach for hundreds of sales professionals across the Midwest. This experience has taught him how to work with people, the value of professionalism and the importance of staying educated in the industry. Christian’s experience in property management and maintenance, coupled with over 20 years as a resident of the Lafayette area, gives him a unique insight and knowledge of the real estate market. This year, Christian plans on working towards his CRS certification to continue his real estate education even further. Rachel joined the Cathy Russell Team in 2003. She has a win/win outlook and works hard to get the job done. Her experience in property management has given her the edge to know the market and find the needs of her clients. Her dynamic personality leads her to “have fun and keep it simple” –her motto. Rachel is from Chicago and has traveled to more than 18 countries. She has a bachelor’s degree in Ministry. Rachel enjoys rollerblading, reading and fellowship with friends.
