Cathy began her Real Estate career in 1974 after graduating from Purdue University in home planning and working in the building industry. After raising her three children, she returned to Coldwell Banker Sycamore Realty in 1989. Putting heavy emphasis on further education led Cathy to break several top-producing records. In 1998, she established her own Real Estate Agency—Cathy Russell Team Real Estate. Mother of three and grandmother now, she continues to emphasize learning, doing your best and helping people get what they want out of life, all the while having FUN! Click here to meet Cathy
Since joining the Team in 2002, Jasmine has been Cathy's 'right hand man,' working behind the scenes to 'get the job done and get it done right.' Jasmine is trained in every department in the office from managing rentals, to bookkeeping, to working on closings. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer and Office Manager, while also assisting Cathy with closings as a Licensed Assistant. Jasmine graduated from Purdue University in 2001 and went on to become a Realtor and Notary Public at the Cathy Russell Team. In September 2008, she became a Certified Short Sale Professional. She enjoys challenges, learning new things, and keeping the office organized and running effectively. Jack-of-all-trades, Jasmine is ever ready to take on something new within the company, yet she believes her most important job title in life is that of 'Mom.' In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family.

Debbie joined the Cathy Russell Team after a 26-year career as a certified surgical technologist, where she took time out to stay at home with her children. Debbie handles all aspects of the Cathy Russell Team Repo Department. She takes time to help buyers and gives the utmost care and consideration to their needs. Debbie is also the eyes and ears for our banks and asset management companies. She has lived in the Lafayette community her whole life and has four children. In her spare time she takes care of horses and enjoys entertaining her children when they come back home to visit.Click here to meet Debbie

Kimi Sharp has recently returned to the Cathy Russell Team after owning her own successful real estate firm. As a Broker with 7+ years experience in the local real estate market, she recognizes the need for teamwork & thinking “outside-the-box” to succeed in the current market. With an A.A.S degree in Computers, she is also quick to apply the latest technology when needed. Formerly known as Cathy’s “secret weapon”, she often surprises her competitors when she becomes a fierce negotiator in contrast to her usual easy-going nature. As a General Contractor herself, and a lifetime amidst the construction atmosphere, she can often make simple remodeling suggestions to change a home from “so close” to “just right”. With deep family roots in the Lafayette community, her main focus is building life-long relationships with all of her clients. She enjoys spending time with her teenage son, who is an avid athlete, just as much as she enjoys her 3 little girls – ages 7, 8, & 10. She also enjoys landscaping, designing, reading, blogging, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband at the end of the day.
Georgia decided to take her interest in homes, landscaping and remodeling to the next level and join the Cathy Russell Team. "Real estate ownership is a joy and a concern, a privilege and a responsibility all at once. My goal is to be the best resource for someone who is looking to invest in their future this way." With a background in management and auction marketing, Georgia has experience working with individuals as well as groups in decision-making processes. She has been a resident of Tippecanoe county since 1975. A Purdue graduate, she was employed at the university for 18 years before starting her own small business. Georgia enjoys casual gardening, do-it-yourself projects and great recipes. Service to her church is an important part of her personal life, as is family time with her daughters, Jennifer and Katie.
Victoria is the newest addition to the Cathy Russell Team as of September 2008, She is the mother of three and grandmother of six. Victoria has her degree in Languages and Early Childhood Development and went on to further her education to include Business, Management, and Supervision. "I believe every home should have an owner happy to live there, and every person needs a home that meets their individual needs and lifestyles." That being said, she makes it important to her to help others locate such a home. In her spare time, she enjoys previewing homes, crafting, cooking, and watching old movies.
